Are you in your first coordinator / director role? These packages will teach you how best to meet the challenges of managing an education and care service – including complying with legislative requirements and the National Quality Standard – and support your team to meet these requirements too. You will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and resources you need to deliver a high quality service. Our packages are also suitable for 2ICs who may need to step up when directors are on leave.
4 hours of PD - workshop and/or tailored coaching and mentoring

This PD aligns with QA1 and APST 3, 6 and 7. It contributes towards the 20 hours of required PD for
