Terms of Sale: The employer/provider is responsible for meeting the conditions as laid out in the Worker Retention Grant guidelines. The employer/provider is responsible for making the IFA with eligible staff and providing accurate information. The employer/provider is responsible for submitting the grant application. The employer/provider is responsible for informing eligible employees on the types of compliant workplace instruments. Final approval of workplace instruments for the purpose of receiving the Worker Retention Grant is the responsibility of the Australian Government Department of Education. The templates provided are suitable for staff employed under the Children’s Services Award 2010 or the Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020 only. The IFA Pack is for use by the employer/provider and is not for distribution to other sites or organisations. The IFA pack is available to purchase by current members only. Non-members will be invoiced for a CCC organisational membership accordingly. Failure to pay membership dues will result in cancellation of the sale.
